Welcome to OneLimit. By using our app, you agree to these terms.
The Service
OneLimit provides cross-device parental controls that let parents set and enforce a single daily screen time budget across their children's iPhone, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and Windows PC devices.
Accounts
- You must be 18 or older to create a parent account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One family account per household
- You may invite one co-parent to share management
Subscriptions
- Free tier: 1 child, 1 device per child
- Pro tier: Up to 5 children, 3 devices per child, billed monthly or annually through Apple
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
App License (EULA)
Your license to download and use the OneLimit app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These Terms of Service govern your broader use of the OneLimit service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use OneLimit only for managing screen time for children in your legal care
- Provide accurate information about your family
- Not attempt to circumvent device restrictions through the service
- Not reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
Third-Party Integrations
OneLimit integrates with:
- Apple ScreenTime (iOS): Uses Apple's FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity frameworks
- PlayStation Network: Uses PSN APIs to monitor and manage PS5 usage
- Nintendo Switch Online: Uses Nintendo APIs to monitor and manage Switch usage
- Microsoft Family Safety: Uses Microsoft Family Safety API to monitor and manage Xbox and Windows PC usage
These integrations are subject to the respective platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect functionality.
Limitation of Liability
OneLimit is provided "as is." While we strive for reliability:
- Screen time enforcement depends on device connectivity and third-party API availability
- Brief delays in usage syncing may occur
- We are not liable for screen time accessed during service interruptions
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
